For our subsidiary BAUER Foundations Philippines, Inc. in Quezon City, we are searching for a new team member as QA/QC Engineer – Special foundation construction (m/f/x).

Your tasks:
- Controlling and monitoring the construction process of the specialist foundation project according to quality requirements and internal quality standards
- Perform daily inspections on site, test the quality of specialist foundation construction works required in the contract specifications
- Identification and documentation of quality problems and corresponding solutions, monitoring the effectiveness of improvement measures and reporting to the project management
- Documentation of all quality related activities, risk assessment, internal and external audits, observation reports and optimization of quality procedures for the specialist foundation project
- Compliance with the required health, safety and quality standards according to BAUER guidelines
Your profile:
- Academic degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar studies
- First professional experience as site engineer or similar position, experience in the field of special foundation a preferred
- Relevant experience in QA/QC functions within construction projects
- Willingness to work across Mega Manila and other project locations in the Philippines (e.g., Pampanga, Laguna, Batangas)
- Ability to communicate fluently in English, both oral and written
