Your tasks:

  • Driving the digitalization of HR processes, with a focus on digital forms and comprehensive HR reporting
  • Monitoring attendance, leave usage, and timekeeping reports to ensure compliance with internal guidelines and legal standards
  • Managing employee and labor relations, while supporting leadership with relevant HR analytics
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting collaboration
  • Ensuring consistent application and compliance of HR policies and procedures across the organization

Your profile:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Sociology or a related field
  • Strong focus on the further development of HR IT systems and processes; solid understanding of IT structures is essential
  • Several years of professional experience in HR management or a comparable role
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the PhilippinesAbility to communicate fluently in English, both speaking and writing
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English, both speaking and writing
