Depending on the pump design, the requirements for maintenance and services are different.
For submersible pumps in water wells a reliable power supply and dry run protection is important, whereas for other pump types the professional assembly of pump and motor is essential. A faulty assembly can lead to higher stress of the bearings, shafts and couplings,
which cause damages and breakdowns.
To avoid damages and breakdowns it is recommendable to follow a maintenance schedule for all pumps, motors and related components.
