PVC-wire wrapped screens

The PVC wire wrapped screen is the result of the combination of screen wrapping technology and the material PVC. An extruded ribbed pipe is perforated according to a certain hole pattern. Then a continuous groove is cut into the external surface. A triangular, steel-reinforced profile wire is wrapped into this groove and fixed at the ends.

slot widths: 0,15mm - 1,5mm (+/- 0,05mm)
  (> 1,5mm is possible, but perforation of base pipe limitates the inflow)
